Click on Image For Larger View #120  Skaredy Kat & Spook Kitty Skaredy Kat is a 21" kat that is made of muslin, that has been painted, stained, and aged to give her that perfect primitive appearance. She has a hand stitched face, button eyes, and embroidery thread whiskers. Her dress is panels of orange and black homespun with a black button on the top. She has a grungy hang tag with an a reproduction Halloween postcard on it. Kat is holding her lil friend Spook. He is also made with painted, stained, and aged muslin. he has a hand stitched face, miss matched button eyes, and a round hang tag with his name "Spook" on it. Click on Image For Larger View SOLD #178  Winnie Wabbit Winnie Wabbit is a 13" bunny that I made from muslin. She has a separately attached head, eyelids, and ears. Her ears I wired so that you can pose them and I highlighted the inside of them. Winnie's eyes I painted and highlighted. Her nose and mouth are hand stitched, and whiskers are stiffened floss. I highlighted around her whiskers in a cream color and her cheeks in a dusty rose. Her shoes are also hand painted. She has been through my prim process a few times to give her a real time worn look. Winnie's dress and pants are made from pink, cream, and brown homespuns. She has rusty bells attached to the bows at the bottom of her pants, and a brown button on her dress top. She is wearing a grungy tag that reads, "Winnie Wabbit" and is attached with a rusty bell and safety pin. On her back I attached a rusty wire hanger with a rusty bell and safety pin, so that it can be removed if you don't want to hang her. His hat is also wool felt with a rusty jingle bell dangeling from it. Santa has a pinched nose. stitched eyes, wool brows and beard, and painted boots. She measures 11.5" from the tip of her ears to the tip of her toes. Her face is hand stitched and she has black button eyes. Her dress is a 1930's reproduction fabric in a pale peach color.
